All personal data is processed securely in line with data protection and privacy regulations.
Approval & Digital Agreements
Once your application is approved, the Guarantee Agreement is sent electronically. You can sign your tenancy agreement once all parties accept.
3-Month Corporate Guarantee
For the first 3 months GüvenliKira covers unpaid rent directly. This gives landlords immediate protection.
Up to 9 Months Insured Protection
Months 4–12 are insured through our authorised rent guarantee insurance partners. GüvenliKira acts only as an intermediary; we do not give insurance advice or sell insurance products.

Ongoing Monitoring & Support
We track rent payments. In case of late payment we manage all steps with the landlord and insurer.
